Cedar Landing and Cedar Bay Assisted Living are located in the heart of Elkhart Lake, Wis. The center of Elkhart Lake is marked by the intersection of Hwy 67 and County Road A (Rhine Street). The Cedar Landing campus is just north and east of that intersection, just off of Hwy 67.
The main entry to Cedar Landing is located next to Grace Lutheran Church and on the opposite side of Maple Street from the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Elementary School. The Cedar Landing billboard is located on the east side of Maple Street, at the main entry road.
Directions:
From Milwaukee Via I-43:
Travel north on I-43 to Sheboygan. Take the Exit for Hwy 23 west (Kohler/Plymouth). Travel west on Hwy 23 to the exit for Hwy 67 north to Elkhart Lake. In Elkhart Lake continue north through the intersection of Hwy 67 & County Road A. Take the next right just before Grace Lutheran Church (across from the elementary school) into Cedar Lane.
From Milwaukee Via I-45:
Travel north on Hwy 45 to Hwy 67 north to Elkhart Lake. In Elkhart Lake continue north through the intersection of Hwy 67 & County Road A. Take the next right just before Grace Lutheran Church (across from the elementary school) into Cedar Lane.
From Chicago/Illinois Via I-94:
Travel west on I-94 to Milwaukee. Travel north on I-43 to Sheboygan. Take the exit for Hwy 23 west (Kohler/Plymouth). Travel west on Hwy 23 to the exit for Hwy 67 north to Elkhart Lake. In Elkhart Lake continue north through the intersection of Hwy 67 & County Road A. Take the next right just before Grace Lutheran Church (across from the elementary school) into Cedar Lane.
From Green Bay:
Travel south on Hwy 57. Exit left for County Road A. Turn left on County Road A, traveling west to Elkhart Lake. Turn right on Hwy 67 and take the next right just before Grace Lutheran Church (across from the elementary school) into Cedar Lane.
